I watched Doug and James review Happy Birthdaze on Dark Toons a few days ago and since then this scene wouldn't leave my brain......I grew up watching Popeye with my family and it was weird to see him out of character like this...
I wanted to redraw the scene so I drew Moxxie and a random Imp Demon with it(Idk just...call him Charles).
