I actually have all the ones that have been released so far :3 I'm thinking of getting them in english too but I'm not sure xD

The Manga is much better then the anime in my opinion but yes it does update faster online which is a big plus :3

Wow~ You are thinking of getting the English version? Hmm... I understand where you are coming from. With different translation, the feel can be different. But the Japanese version is the most original and it is also what the author wants to present. I was reading my local translation (in Mandarin), despite that the feel can be different from Taiwan translation (which is in Mandarin too). Again, it is different with those online (English version). >.<
