It seems like a heavily armoured infantry unit, but not a siege unit as it's not that big and still capable of walking at reasonable speeds without spending too much fuel. Also, seeing it's size it shouldn't be as exspensive as a siege unit. It's probably for defence: it has thick armour, small vision because of thick metal plating making up it head. It has a stout short weapons, seemingly not made for very long distance fights. I'd say his right arm is a flamethrower, and the other is either a double cannon or a supercharger, using lightning as a weapon. It has boosters for the few moments it needs to push other objects or travel small distances since they, by size and lack of large tanks, are not made to carry such weight over long distances. It's probably a defence unit, and should be approached with caution - if even better, should be fired upon from large distances.
I like how you made the guy. Except for everything I've already covered, I also like the idea of his sign - makes him part of a gang of his kind of units. I can already imagine a large world etc. in which this is used as well as few of his acomplices... great stuff. I'm glad I can shut out writers blocks
