Backstory:
Jiang Huan is a High Elf once live in Quel'Thalas as a civilian. After the Scourge invaded Quel'Thalas. Jiang Huan is luckily currently in Dalaran taking refuge but he's not affiliated with Kael'Thas Sunstrider and the newly renamed Blood Elves. However he has Magic Addiction just like other High Elves and needs to take a portion of any magic (Except Fel or corrupted Magic) to sate his addiction and also needs to meditate an hour
Jiang Huan decided to take his family heirloom Revolver and infused it with Arcane Magic he bought from the Dalaran shopkeepers (The Arcane Infused Ambassador ) to explore Azeroth
