I decided to make this for those who like to post memes and such onto deviantart.

Of course, these can also be done when you're first submitting. It's in the same area, at the bottom, below the folders choice ^^
I just did it this way since I already had something submitted I wanted to change and didn't have anything to upload as an example XD
The permission document can literally be a screenshot.
Like in my example, mine is a screenshot from pikarar telling me I have permission to make the base.
If you're using a meme, you can simply take a screenshot of the meme generator site you're using.
No one can tell that you have these permission documents except for admins.
It's just safe to have so if someone tries to report you, admins can review your image and see whether or not you have a permission document. C:
