Name meaning: She reminds me of the horse I work with Jack with the personality vibes I got

General build: She's a very tall mare that is lithe but fluffy

General personality: Quin is a vain mare and worries mainly about herself. She hates getting down from heights (though climbing doesn't seem to be a problem), and is usually not one to do what others wish of her. On top of this she is afraid of bees, wasps, and pretty much anything that buzzes by her ear. She also loves to eat pears and can be a bit annoying to those around her especially when her view on life is that she is the only thing others should be staring at.

Magical Knowledge: She has a kelpie familiar that is just a little larger than a pony as well as an ability to form water into various shapes and move it from place to place over a short distance. As she gets stronger she can create temporary currents and make waves in the water as well as conjure a short rain storm lasting only a few minutes.

Backstory: Jaqlynn was an orphan ever since she can remember. She was raised by a strange stallion for awhile though who she later learned was her god Aqua. Often in her early years he was gone for long stretches but kept her alive and was kind to her if not rather unhappy about it. However, it became clear she wasn't the most sociable as she grew older especially after learning Aqua himself was the one that kept her alive until she was old enough to care for herself. Since then she has become self obsessed believing she is one of- if not the most beautiful mare that has walked his lands.
At her side is usually a small kelpie stallion most take for a colt. He's quiet but his tongue can be like a knife and he adores Quinn with everything he has. This is probably why he is her acting familiar whom she can summon at will. She's been able to do this since Aqua left her to her own devices and he's the only one that seems happy to put up with her deva esque attitude.
The issue for Quinn, however, is that she wants to know what lies beyond Aqua's clan despite the fact she won't help others for fear of either chipping a hoof or getting mud in her fur and mane. She's just afraid of the unknown and especially those that she may find there. It's also not something Quinn will readily admit, but she is very self conscious and worries others will not see her in a good light which is usually true given her attitude. Another fear of hers is that the gods will not appreciate her roaming on their territory when she is very happy as an Aqua mare.
