Oh man, hot gossip: his people reproduce by growing crystals and what happened was, his parents collided while rushing around during an emergency. Normally it's done with loving punches. They gathered the mixed shards up anyway, and blammo, Artanis was born. He may have gone crazy when he found out? His parents didn't love each other! Actually, apparently his Mom did it intentionally? That may have set it off. Good guy tho. Artanis totally has a nose, he's descended from hunters!
