I like this experiment. 
That is pretty much how Annie would react to someone telling her that at that size. At least, someone she doesn't want to shoot.
There will be some scenes similar to this late in the story, when Annie's nearly due and can't do much but rest and wait. Not that she always has such a luxury...

There has been several scenes in the story where she just brushes off the statement. I just felt like illustrating a situation where what she is hearing is not only quite an obvious fact, but a downright understatement.
The expression is one of 'either denial or annoyed at the sarcasm.'
