keys and floor texture from stock.xchng (sxc.hu)
locked panel is my own stock taken in cornwall last year and is what gave me the initial idea for the manipulation.
Feels nice to be doing something more mainstream and "traditional" photo manip here. Kinda fun to not go completely overboard and just do something with tones of meaning packed into it.

a lock that size would certainly lead to some balance issues for the initial phases...perhaps some further complication regarding muscle growth in the legs...

I really like this. You know I could probably store my lunch in there... if only I had that key. *grins* But oddly enough the pose and feel of the piece makes me wonder if she has a face... the key seems to be tied up in personality and understanding oneself. Without the key one is just one of the crowd, blending in unnoticed.

I wonder how many people will look at this picture and really get it? It took me a minute, and woah. This is a picture that most people should hang on their wall and contemplate on a daily basis to see how it relates to their lives.

In all you images there's some effect, like a dark comic filter (can't explain better), and it's so perfect that I was asking ya if you do these touches one at time or you've got some magi-tricky filter

ah sorry... no, not intentionally, but I suppose i must have my own style. It's never a specific route to the finish ie this filter, that filter, just whatever the image demands at the time.
