Couldn't think of a background so I just thought that they were setting up Kings Costume outside. First time using speech bubbles ever, but for Hooty I tried to think of something he would say. I procrastinated on this way too much.Am working on Mutiple things for October since spooky season is still around, and Halloween is in twelve days.
