Took waaayy too long to get this dude done.. Have been a sketch (alot of sketches) in my drawer for a long time now..
But this is my Rex Salazar for my little Hero Force fanfiction idea.

This Rex is not the mainstream continuity version. He comes from a different reality where Van Kleiss optained the omega nanite instead of Rex. The new and more powerfull Van Kleiss, now able to create nanites was a tough opponent for Rex. Together with his brother they brought the Alpha nanite back and implemented it into Rex. It took some time, but Rex and the Alpha (who has a mind of his own) come to an agreement, sharing one body becoming Alpha Rex. His right arm is permanently transformed, and is "Alpha." His arm contains alphas sentient mind, and speaks. Their combined powers can now match Ven Kleiss'
