I would LOVE to see that.
I see it happening like this:

Zim tries to give Dib a dog brain, but Dib keeps flashing in and out from being Dib and acting like a dog. Zim then decides to keep him as a pet for his amusement and Dib's humiliation. Zim takes him on a walk, feeds him, RUBS HIS BELLEH, scratches behind his ears, Dib goes and sleeps on Zims BED....... <3

I don't think they'd be able to show the rest of that episode...the fangirls would get a hold of it at that point. >
