For your second animation it's quite well done! If you sped up some of the frames it would look a lot more fluid though

Hmmm Try, image > Image Size and make it a bit smaller ^^ then it'll be easier to see, plus if it is shrunken some of the mistakes you were complaining about might not be so obvious.
