well i don't draw in a sketch book and most of my art is digital.
drawing a a lot does help you to improve but i don't draw 4 times a day.
how many sketches i draw depends on my stamina and energy.

Hm....it sounds tough but that's what I'll do! It's about time I put more effort into my work^^ I guess I'm a little scared of overworking myself or hurting myself. But I shouldn't make excuses...
