Description
This is Ziza's number 1 pokemon and my personal favorite. Sparkplug the Elekid. And before everyone gets on my case about the Mega Evolution. Remember this is a fan fiction and since I dnt really like Elekids evolved forms (well except electivire) so I came up with a mega-evolution for elekid.Pokemon is a trademark of GAMEFREAK
