So number 2 of 4, yeah took out the Sigma cuz eh, it's an anime and shit so... yeah...

Okay so this is the cartoon one, the jokey one that looked military but really wasn't. He was crafty and dastardly but was never a really big threat in the cartoons... until G.I. Joe Resolute came out.
Technically it takes place in the same universe as the cartoon series, kinda, so that's the one I went with. Here's what this dude did: stabbed a betraying member of the Cobra High Council (Major Bludd) in the heart in front of all of his forces, and then blew up Moscow, all of it, killing 10 million people.
