Graham Ahern took this photo of Standard Goods Group I loco 5215 at the head of a ballast train climbing the grade from Shellharbour towards Croom Tunnel on the South Coast line of the old NSWGR. The Railways obtained their ballast from the famed Bombo Quarry which was just south of where the picture was taken. 5215 was not one of the standard goods locos to survive the scrappers blow torch.
