Today I was swept off my feet with this new bout for HK winter chills. It’s actually very weird here, either burning hot or freezing cold. Anyways, I got inspiration for this new ensemble. Sassy but elegant. I can see myself walking down Tsim Sha Tsui with this! The background was…impromptu. I don’t usually draw detailed backgrounds.Hope you like it! Please repost with credit.
