Mal refuses to do anything cute because this is not his thing. Mal enjoys Chaos, Tormenting the peons, and more and he doesn't want anything cute that includes ponies with those cute eyes and anything else that's cute it makes him very angry and he would just destroyed anything cute and after the cuteness is destroyed he evilly laughs and sets them on fire to make his day.
