I want to be a fly in the writers room. I'm wondering if the title and DID connection was something I connected, or was the title intentional. Also, Norman's hyperfixation on aliens, the tic-ing, the aliens fronting. Like, watching the movie, it feels like the connections was unintentional, but I highly suspect someone in the writers room was neurodivergent.

Regardless if that's true or not. I absolutely headcanon Norman as autistic. And given that monsters have been used as metaphors for those who aren't in the social norm and have been outcasted, Adam and the crew would immediately know birds of a feather style.
