Description
Ever since my bf has introduced me to Venom. I've been consuming every single fic tagged with fluff under this ship. The concept of an emotional support parasite combined with just some random loser guy with a big heart just warms my heart in a way that no other ship has. Their dynamic was so adorable and I loved it.

And then I watched the first movie and saw Venom throwing Eddie into a lobster tank, thinking "Humans are pretty cool I guess." and then fighting the big badies with a fight scene that itched my animation brain in a satisfying way. Nothing like what the fanfics made me think this movie was going to be about, and quite frankly, I love it.

It kinda gave me the idea to start a series where I read the fanfiction for a movie or show, talk about what I think the show is about, and then watch the show. Idk if would have the motivation and focus for it, though.

Also, I'm kinda sad that Riot and Life Foundation Guy got their partners in crime development off screen. Cuz like, if Eddie and Venom are a couple in the comics, it implies that the whole symbiosis thing is romantic coded, and villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple villain couple.
