"What the hell do you think you're doing?"
"In your mind can I not do anything with an innocent intention?"
"You locked yourself in her bathroom, whilst she was in there!"
"And?"
"Do you really not understand what is going on, what you are doing?"
"Does the person who just got dragged out by his neck look like he understands?"
"No."
"Now let go of me." As she did so he straightened his clothes out..
"Do not grab me and drag me by the neck again."
"Sorry Master," she instantly apologised, sensing the anger in his voice.
"Don't mess with my plans," his nails rested against her cheek, digging in slightly but not piercing the skin.
"Plans? What plans? What do you plan to do? Does this involve her?"  All his answer was was a finger to his lips, and then he left.

In his paws he led a large glass ball, turning it this way and that. Putting his eye up to it he smiled. Falling onto his back he held it above his head, batting it about.
"Luc's up to something," he smiled, "It involves that girl, I know it does. But what is he planning?" He dropped the ball onto his stomach, his tail picking it up, a frown coming to his face,
"What are you planning? She's the centre of all this. She's not the reason we came here, but she's the reason we're staying." Placing the ball on the pillow he threw his arms out.
"Big big pillow," he smiled again, but then winced as he heard the ball crash to the floor. Sitting up he peered over the edge, then cringed, the shards of glass had scattered everywhere. Carefully he touched the floor with a single claw.
"Uh oh," he tapped a shard. He took a small step back on the pillow.
"Help," he called out, "Help!"

He laid down on his couch, his bed remaining empty. His blond hair strayed in front of his eyes, but he didn't nudge it. A drop of blood rested on his lips. Clasped lightly in his hand he held a bottle, its glass bottom touching the floor.
"Why am I sustained by this elixir?" he let the bottle drop, but it did not spill. Luc shut his eyes as he tasted the blood. His body was overcome for lust of more blood. Long nails dug into the padding as he stained to control himself.
"Stop it," he snarled, his lips curling back and his eyes flickering between red and green. He locked his gaze on the door, the breath in his lungs heavy. In the trappings of his mind he knew the door was locked, but instinct was wanting him to rip it off and take more blood.
"I will not be consumed by this!"

I laid back in the filled bath, loving the warm water.
"Meow?"
"Why are you here puss?" I turned just my head.
"Meow?" he rested on the side.
"Cats don't like water." I slipped beneath the bubbles and water line. For breathless moments I enjoyed the warmth all about my face and my hair floating freely. I broke the surface, opening my eyes. As I came to stand the cat looked at me with a cocked head. Stepping from the bath I grabbed a towel and wrapped it about myself. The cat was still looking at me.
"Oh puss, I'm so confused," I stroked behind his ear, "Why can things not be simple?"

Standing he put his fist against the wall. The redness of his eyes were finally dying down. Gently he let his fist fall, then his head softly hit the wall.
"Why can some god not put the words in my mouth?" Going to his bed he picked up the pillow, and then the key beneath it. At the door Luc paused as he put the key in the door, and smiling slightly he opened it. Walking down the corridor a book formed in his hand, opening at a page spread.
"Amerisa," he cooed, "Beautiful Amerisa." The fingers of his right hand stroked the pages, tracing the picture of her face.
"Every other aspect of this is going to plan." Shutting his eyes he located everyone in the castle, smirking as he realised no servants were currently about the Midnight Tower. His attentions turned to the tower itself.
"Amber, you are-" he opened his eyes and pulled back. His cheeks turned pink, a hand to his mouth.
"I think we just got even." Luc fell back against the wall, his breath now heavy for a different reason.
"Princess…"
