Description
As part of a "History of the Arts" class at Darkside's Community College (aka 'Riverside High' to those attending) Jennifer convinces Elaine to attend class in historically accurate costumes for extra credit. Here we see Jennifer (on right) happily and authoritatively explaining both the Sailor Moon characters and how these uniforms come from the early Stardate years when the series began. Elaine is in an early version outfit for Sailor Mercury (one from the first musical associated with the series) which Jennifer suggested would be a good fit for her since the character (Sailor Mercury) is super studious and applied girl, always in first place with the highest greades of her school and even once won a scholarship. Jennifer selected Sailor Venus for herself. Sailor Venus was the first sailor scout as such to exist with the sleeve called "Sailor V" but Naoko Takeuchi (the creator) after thinking it over made a restart and began to draw "Sailor Moon" where Usagi is the protagonist. Sailor Venus appears after saying that she is the princess of the moon to protect Sailor Moon, before that Sailor Venus lived in the original earth city of London and helped the police with the bandits of the city.
