Truthfully, I usually do not comment on popular pieces.
But I'll have to break the tradition, here; I adore this, to the extreme. It's great, and I adore the evil expression. I'm into the faces like that, anyway, have been ever since I watched Invader Zim.

I think this [link] is the basic idea behind the glow effects, approximately three layers, each blurrier than the other, then set to 'screen'--
Layer 3- no blur, 'screen'
Layer 2- 1/2 blur, 'screen'
Layer 1- most blur
And yeah, nice style.

look buddy I have a life beside my drawing as well and I like to have some time over for it too. if i started taking requests from people i'd have no time left. I draw what I want to draw and when i want to draw AND only for my own personal enjoyment. the reason i draw is because it's a hobby of mine, not a job. so please dont beg.
