Awe, poor Wilson, so beat up and sad! At least he made it out of there alive though, whatever 'there' was (not sure I want to know!). I like how it looks like dawn/clear skies are on the horizon with the lack of clouds further down.

Well this might just be me, but...
I can't tell if Wilson's eyes are open or closed...
I kinda see it both ways...
But just that small thing changes the entire picture for me...
If his eyes were open, then I see sorrow and a look that says, "When, if ever, will it end?"
As if NOT quite at his wits end...
If they're closed then I see...
That he's admitted defeated and has accepted what's to come...
Just waiting for that thing...
But at the same time, mild relief...
