After Installing Lively, you can access it from your system tray. Right click on it and then click on "Open Lively".
To install the wallpaper:
1) Download the .zip file.
2) Open lively from system tray.
3) Click on the "+" icon on the top right of the window.
4) Click on "Browse" and find the place where the .zip file has been downloaded. Now open the .zip file.
5) Go to Lively's home screen and click on the wallpaper to use it.
