Okay. So this is a model that is paid $200 an hour to pose. And you had her pose, and the best you could come up with was THIS??? This is just boring and stupid. The only part with any merit is the description, which doesnt even relate to the picture.

This isn't his photo... She has much better shots of her on her websites (image quality at least... not sure about the artistic merit). He has however made it grainy and drawn a few hearts and such on it. Don't rip off people's work. At least give the photo credits to whomever they belong.
