Gives a galaxy effect/cosmic effect/texture to the Spectral Stygian subspecies flames instead of the default fire effect. Can only be inherited on Spectral Stygian (regular or primordial). Can be passed to alt myos (using the limit). Cannot be passed or inherited from Stygian other than this one.
