LOW LUCK RAFFLE RULES (ENDS AUGUST 15th @ 6:00 PM PST/9:00 PM EST)

This raffle is OPEN FOR ANYONE WHO HAS NEVER WON/ OR OBTAINED A FOR FREE STYGIAN (D, L and S series only - not including MYOS or Treats)! If you are unsure if you ever won a free Stygian, check out their masterslist entry here: www.deviantart.com/stygianlist If it says "cannot be sold" and is NOT a MYO-### or G-### Stygian, that means it IS FREE and you have won and/or obtained from someone else a free Stygian. This INCLUDES Stygian eligible in the above rules you won for free but gave away.
If you are an FTO+ (2 or less Stygian INCLUDING MYO) mention so, and you'll get an ADDITIONAL raffle ticket!
