Sound spirits are mythical entities that primitive pre-collapse Vopallian Fosskemians had everywhere in their mythology. Their existence always a fleeting resonance, zipping in and out of the air itself, screaming in life and echoing in death.

Fosskemian history had two modern civs, with a collapse before their AI systems had their exodus that had lead to the modern form of the sound spirit- hence the existence of more industrial level components to these mythical creatures such as the coord that spirals around their wispy bodies.
