To answer the question, Team Superfriendship is the name that Emily gave to Rush and Wisp teaming up (Much to Billy's dismay). If you're interested, the name first appears here:Β The Ghost Of Peka
It was only Wisp and Rush when they used the name, Alphagirl wasn't there. Lina hasn't teamed up with Wisp and Rush in a story with just those three; there was a Valentine's Day one that came close, but it featured Ubergirl too.Β
So I think the answer is that "Team Superfriendship" is really just the name that Rush and Wisp use for their team-ups since they think it's lots of fun. But so far, it's just those two

Alphagirl was actually the very first superheroine Wisp worked alongside, and Lina and Jess have been friends from school for years. Rush might be her closest SBFF, but Lina definitely makes the top two or three!
