Capsule Retreat has many areas, but one of the most well known is Herbal Valley, a peaceful grassy nook in the side of a mountain range. Snivy of all kinds live here, as well as Servine and Serperior of course. And the queen of this place is Chervil, a Queen Serperior. Queen Serperiors are a rare breed of Serperior, whose limbs developed along with their bodies during evolution, unlike most Snivy, whose arms and legs generally don't develop much, leaving them with small arms and no legs by their final stage. Chervil is a respectable queen, caring for her subjects, and dutiful to her work. But that doesn't mean she's above a bit of fun. She enjoys celebrations, and jokes and pranks.
