Species: Arceus

There are many alternate realities in the Pokemon world, and each one has it's own version of Arceus. Sometimes, it's a benevolent overseer. Sometimes, it feels uneasy about it's creations. But this one right here was not only a Shiny Arceus, but also a terrible god. He ruled over his creations with a cruel, wrathful and evil mindset. He'd banish you to the Distortion World if he thought your shirt was ugly. And that was his idea of MERCY! Origin Michael, being the hater of heartlessness he is, devised a plan to humiliate and punish this cruel overlord.

Step 1: Catch him in a Master Ball
Step 2: Name him "Cuddles"
Step 3: Shrink him to the size of a housecat
Step 4: Give him cat ears and a cat nose
Step 5: Give him a Bug Plate

And now he is the mere shadow of his former glory you see before you.
