A hungry Char is wandering the mountain peaks for food, though she doesn't even know what that looks like... Suddenly, a pack of the terrifying bird she saw are headed in her direction! They seem smaller and fuzzier, but that doesn't mean they're not a threat! Almost immediately, Charcoal dives into a nearby bush!
Though her first encounter with birds wasn't pleasant, the ones orbiting her bush don't seem interested in eating her. Instead, they're plucking the blue things from it and stuffing their cheeks! Does that mean they're good to eat? Char mimics the berrysnatchers, plucking one... then three, then nine! Whatever these were, Charcoal had loved them! And her curious berrysnatcher friends weren't so bad, either!

Did that thing where I don't post bc I'm like "I'll have something else to post tomorrow so-" and I don't finish it by tomorrow :/ (this is from June 2023)

Drawing these I wonder if Char even knows what she is. Like she's never seen another evoloon or even herself, so if she met one would she run for it-? We won't know for another million quests I'm sure.
Also regret drawing every leaf here it's pretty but my fingers hurt
