If you refuse, then she's likely gonna toss you aside like other pests she's encountered. You do know whatever choice you make is just an excuse to leave Patricia alone.

However, Patricia finally feels you in her mouth and proceeds to spit you out into her hand. Upset you were in there, Patricia decides to give you a choice of punishment.
