Line art by Joe Ng .Colors all done in Photoshop by me... took just under two hours I think.
Got to play with special effects more than usual on this card piece. Gill's body has an ice side and a fire side... checking which side was ice I realized I'd have to flip the line art otherwise he'd be shooting off a Fireball instead of his patented Cryokinesis.
It's fun being able to work on match-ups like this that could never happen in the comic... M. Bison is long gone by the time Street Fighter III comes around.

Awesome that you could work around that side-issue, Props to the lineartist that it looks so great both ways.
