Aiming for a more Animal design than they already are and putting into logic Shadow's cyclopes eye.Rouge was pretty difficult to design not cause I made her more Honduran white bat like, but cause Disney nor any old cartoon studio have any bat designs to reference off on.
So the one character design that came off Rouge like was Betty Boop.
