Today happens to be the 51st anniversary of death of Corporal Wojtek the Bear. A lot of people, even in Poland, don't know that it's a real historical person. And he really took part in combat operations of the Polish 2nd Army Corps in Italy in 1944. Funny story is when the artillery barrage started Wojtek fled and found a hiding place on some tree, but after a while he went down and begun to carry shells on his own, probably because he'd seen what his fellow human friends were doing. There really should be made a movie about Wojtek. Spielberg what are you witing for?

Neat. I've never seen too many anthro pictures that include humans as well as animals. I myself can't shade for shit...
