When the space pirates ship is raided by a rival gang, Stitch uses the confusion to escape and falls back to Earth. he makes a new life with a young girl named Fiona Hamilton. Years later Stitch was recaptured and was found by three girls, Clover, Sam, and Alex. They bring him back to their spy organization Having no memory of who he was and where he comes from, he joins their team. And become their most effective member. And almost led to the group.

She formulates most of the strategies they use for fighting villains or getting out of near-death situations. She is the 'big sister' of the team. She is the oldest of the team and the most mature of the 3, although she can be a hypocrite.

Clover is best friends and fellow spies with Samantha and Alexandra. She is a WOOHP agent and works under Jerry Lewis. Clover was born to Stella and Guile inherited the spy gene. This gene was the reason for her being unknowingly monitored by Jerry during childhood. She had exhibited her talent in espionage at an early age, mostly in stealth. Clover was eventually transferred to Beverly Hills High at the start of her freshman year, something she didn't mind because of its fashion sense. Of the 3, Clover's the one who acts like the most typical teenage girl—obsessed with fashion, boys, and her appearance. Ironically, when it comes to bad guys, she's usually the one who's transformed in some way, be it becoming a bodybuilder, sumo, or even a human catgirl. She was even dressed in a royal dress by a villain who wanted a consort to rule the world alongside him. Even though Clover tends to be more focused on materialistic and superficial substances than on her missions, she does understand the importance of friendship and teamwork. Clover is the girliest and flirtatious of the main group. She is known to have had an abundance of boyfriends and will do anything to get a guy. In almost all the episodes, while she is on a mission, she is always talking about a guy she wants to date or talking about an outfit she's going to wear on a date. This is strange, because, during elementary school, she was always bullied by her classmates and mainly by one boy, because they regarded her as being particularly easy to trick. Her love of boys can almost (if not entirely) be matched by her love of fashion and beauty. Clover despite being vain and having a huge dislike for getting her hands dirty is greatly loyal to her friends and won't hesitate to get her hair, outfit, nails, or face messy just to help them.

Alex was born to Carmen and Doctor Kasoy and inherited the spy gene, from her mother. Alex is a mixture between a tomboy and a girly girl, she is the most athletic and fitness-minded spy on the team. She loves to play sports, especially soccer, video games and is always trying out some new fad diet. Alex is also the most naive and absent-minded. This could be due to her being the seemingly youngest member of the group. She interprets some figures of speech literally. Alex is also the youngest and most childish, seeing as her oldest and dearest friend is a stuffed turtle named Ollie and she has a teddy bear backpack. She is often seen as the little sister of the group, as Sam and Clover are the 2 big sisters who dominate over her. Another characteristic of Alex is that she's always about keeping her friends happy. She often serves as a link between Clover and Sam who have meaningless squabbles. Alex is also a big animal lover hence why she studying to become a veterinarian. Despite being the most athletic, she tends to be clumsy and has been prone to bad luck (Alex can be very superstitious). Another one of Alex's hobbies is eating. Alex has a taste for Asian-themed outfits and her favorite food is Chinese (wontons, apparently). Even though she may be the most healthy of the 3 spies, she likes to eat the most.

Axel Manning is the leader of the Alpha Team and the main character of the series. When Alexander Paine breaks out of prison Axel goes after him to take revenge for his deceased father Sebastian Manning. Axel is courageous and good at coming up with battle strategies. While he is sometimes closed up and thoughtful he can be quite a hot-head, too, ignoring any reason and acting irresponsibly and hastily, especially when his father is mentioned. He is very loyal towards his friends and feels guilty if he puts them in any kind of danger. He has a good knowledge of people and knows when to be critical towards the people he does not know. He does not talk very much about his past but often mentions his father. There is no mentioning of any extended family. When someone he trusts betrays him, he finds it hard to forgive them. The Bodyguard: The Dolls are teenage girls around 16 years old, who graduated from V.I.L.E. Academy.

The Extra Villain: Psycho / His real name is unknown, although his nickname/DREAD code-name is speculated to come from the fact that he appears to be a psychopath. He's often called "Smiley", mainly by Axel and the girls but occasionally by other members of N-Tek. He ignores it when Max refers to him as smiley but usually has very violent reactions when other members of DREAD address him with that nickname. He has a metallic face that looks like a human skull, with an unusually large smiling jaw (hence the reason for his nickname).
