According to your discretion, I've a crossover universe of my own design known as the Fantard Crusade.
Essentially each and every fandom that has an active roleplaying class exists as a set landmass on a vast world, and a plague has befallen that has reduced characters of lesser ilk into moraleless gibbering madmen completely swaddled in narcisism.))

((I'm not really sure, why don't we find a point to start and ten see where it goes? Then we can figure out where we want to go? And Of course. I know a lot about both DC and Marvel universes. As well as several anime. I am not well versed in any videogame universes though. But Anime's I commonly use are DmC(and some slight info on the games), Sengoku Basara, Yu Yu Hakusho, Bleach, Naruto, Fate//Stay Night, Wolf's Rain, and about a hundred others.(I do TMNT on occasion as well) That's really about it on my end.))

((Just in clarification: I've little knowledge or intrest in animes as a general rule, but if you're willing to elaborate at every turn, I'm willing to play it. All that we really need to decide on now are our setting, rate at exposition, and characters involved.
As far as fandoms go, I'm a bit of a 9 of all trades, really.
Also, if we could avoid using canon characters, that would be preferable.))

((Okay, the only reason I mentioned the anime was because I wasn't really sure what you were interested in. At this point I'm totally lost as to what kind of rp you're planning. If you could please describe what you'd prefer I will be more than happy to help create a setting and characters in any way I can. But at this point, I can't help you if I don't know what you want. If we were going to do a fandom rp, then.....wouldn't that mean there would have to be canon characters involved at some point? If you'd rather not have any canon characters involved, then let's do an original verse rp instead to avoid the issue. ^^))

((Well, in the universe that I had described, those affected by the Sue Plague were often referred to as 'Fen'. I was thinking something along the lines of either several varieties of Fen attempting to lay siege to a defended area with our own characters and others of their kind being brought in to bolster the thinned ranks of the survivors? Either that, or have our characters leading a spearhead into a Fen Hyvwerk.))

Well, my primary character of choice would be a Spiral Knight, so I'd assume that the Clockwork Depths would be either a defended or attacked position, it really depends on what your characters would be from.))
