From what I'm looking at your biggest problem is anatomy and proportion. Arms are frequently too long, hands and feet look awkward, the faces seem flat with no symmetry, and the chest and shoulders are off. Study from life to help get a better sense of proportions and for drawings not from life work on the basic construction through stick figures and basic shapes to help the figure. The line work is dull looking, messy and flattens the image. You need to vary your line widths with thicker lines for closer objects and parts facing away from light and thinner lines for further objects and parts facing light. Backgrounds and perspective are also lacking. Your coloring and sense of lighting are decent, but could use more work nonetheless. I will say that the graffiti style lettering is your best looking stuff and that they have an interesting and varied design sense.
