Well heres my critique for you - like me, you need a lot of work on proportion and anatomy. Your drawings lack a lot of detail, so you should work on that too. Your lines are messy, lack flow and therefore add to the lifeless style. Work on your folds in clothing, it's really important. Overall your drawings lack flow and meaning. Word of personal advice here, please don't stick to the anime style, it doesn't help you in any of the things listed above. In the near future you'll find it difficult to portray your feelings or a morale, which pretty much leads to having little or no style in your drawings (people are looking for originality here). Draw from life, I promise it will help. I find that I improve rapidly when I try to make quick sketches from life.

Alright since you asked for critique, I have to tell you you have a lot that needs fixing. Your gestures are very stiff and lifeless, you need to work on how you pose these characters. Study from life how other people stand, sit, etc. and quickly sketch to get a better sense of how to make figures more lively. You seem to lack an understanding of anatomy and proportion and neglect basic construction in favor of drawing straight ahead. Start with simple stick figures and basic shapes to set up the figure and then draw the details over them. Study the anatomy of real people to help better understand how make a better form. Your linework needs cleaning up, it's either too sketchy or just sloppy. Vary line widths, with thicker lines for closer objects and parts facing away from light and thinner for further objects and parts facing light. You neglect lighting, perspective, and backgrounds. All in all, just keep practicing drawing and to study from life.
