i think if you are looking for new ideas it is important to browse through lots of photographs that are up there on DA - there are lots of fabulous pictures out there. I had a look at your gallery - cos you are on my 'friends' list - and you have a good start to it. As i said before you need to look at borders - lots of ideas out there. be careful not to pick a border that will detract from your picture. I try and choose a border that will draw the eye into the picture - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The main thing, i feel, is that you need to take lots of photos, choose lots of different angles. Think your trip to Cardiff Photography exhibition should have given you lots of ideas

you're welcome. you say you aren't alone when taking the photos - were you out shooting with 'Tazzy' cos you both got the leopard frog in your gallery pretty much at the same time!??

I have not had the pleasure of meeting Tazzy. We live in the same state but about 250 miles apart. I was with my nephew Circletwelve [link] . Tazzy and I having leopard frog pics at the same time is just coincidence.
