Good. I've been out of touch because I've been granny-sitting and needed to wait for a friend to finish his college semester before he could fix the computer in the house I've been in 12 out of 18 waking hours. (The other six have been used to do chores and eat dinner.)

Ah that explains it. ouch. i've been trying my damndest to finsh DR before august when it hits its two year mark (which i'm really mad about) and my new fic frost king, and i've been trying to get some drawing done and do research for my novels, but yeah, a lots going on. I'm just glad you're back.

My dad and I barely see each other anymore. He goes out with my mom or friends after work since he is beginning to understand he's not always right. So rather than learn to deal with being wrong, he avoids me. Works for me.

Cool! Well, I'm cleaning the house for Passover. You know about spring cleaning, I assume. We Jews invented the idea because one of the requirements to prepare for the Passover holiday is to clean the house from top to bottom.

Yeah, in fact my immediate family is the only part that's Jewish. My father's father converted before my father was born because he learned that his family was forced to convert to Christianity during the Portuguese Inquisition, and my mom converted before marrying my father.
