You might want to check out our new group :devfetishvsbullying. (Our group becomes relevant if this art thief becomes hateful or attacks others.)
Otherwise, I'd report him to dA. If you won't, I will.
See, the thing is, by letting thieves stay on dA, we're complicit in their thievery, and basically saying to other respectful dA artists, "I'm not really a member of this community, since if I were I would protect our relationships and our interests by working to exclude this person who doesn't play by the rules and in fact jeopardizes the community's existence."
It's not dA's responsibility to surf the accounts for these problems. It's up to us to do so, and then report them to dA administrators for action. Only then should we be rightly demanding that dA take appropriate action.
I'd be more sympathetic to your reticence to report him if in fact he was a newbie and hadn't really read the dA policies and FAQ (which by registering his account he agreed to follow). We'd leave him a comment about how his posting others' work without permission was a violation of the agreement, give him some time to scrub his gallery, etc. But clearly people have been telling him this and he's not interested in hearing it. So, then, we should all consider him adequately warned. Now it's time to take action by informing dA.
Let me know if you're still shy about this. I'm happy to follow up (I have done so in other cases).

I have reported a couple of his uploads; I've just yet to see any actions taken. That's why I posted a journal about it; I figured more complaints might draw swifter results.

No, sorry. That's just something I never really got into. My Grandmother had a Nintendo for some reason, so my siblings and I would play the original Super Mario Bros when we we visited her as kids, but that's pretty much where my video game expertise stops. There were a handful of games on my old computer, like Tetris and Snood, and one called Power Pete that was pretty fun, but since that machine died, I haven't played anything. I already waste so much time watching TV and surfing the internet, I hate to think how many more hours would go down the toilet if I had access to a Wii or whatever.

I believe you. Seems like some kind of glitch with dA, maybe. I actually only figured out how to do screen grabs not that long ago myself. Tell you what... I feel kind of bad because mattkind already won my last kiriban, so I'll still do his pic this time because I didn't make up any rules about excluding previous winners, but if you tell me what you'd like, I may try drawing something for you as well.

Anything you draw is always worth seeing, RD, but I think it would be great if you did some more stuff influenced by the divine Jane Marwood. Of course, like many of your admirers, I believe you really set the bar high with "The Pinkness" - any further exploration of that theme would be greeted with applause. I also love "The Garden Path" and "Don't ride with strangers". I guess my message is basically "just keep on creating (please?)" - you are a very fine artist in spite of your rather endearing tendency towards self-deprecation.

Don't worry, my muse hasn't abandoned me so far this year, though we are still only 14 days into 2012. I've got some stuff in the works and a number of ideas I hope to realize. I think you can pretty much count on seeing more of the type of stuff you suggested.

I'm not sure what you mean by "adult." I can't get too explicit because dA has restrictions on that sort of thing, and besides, doing anything overtly pornographic doesn't especially appeal to me.
