Most likely wont be very complex, maybe a few spots or streaks here and there, are you able to change their hair a bit and maybe add some piercings to them?

Depends on what kind of design you want!
Usually if it's something simple like a dog or cat, I'll charge 30-50 points
If it's something like an anthro or tailmouth, I'll charge 80-100 (unless it's with a lineart like this: s-ailor.deviantart.com/art/THE… then it'll cost more)
