No problemo!
Thank YOU for adding my gunslinger class to your favorites!
(I'm working on a revision right now; I got some feedback to improve it.)

Aw, no problem!
I'd been meaning to check out your gallery for a while.
*wishes there was a way to gain more time*
I'm hoping that you get the chance to join us on this podcast at some point--our cast of characters keeps growing, and I'm not sure my voice is versatile enough to keep up. Having more vocal talent to call on is always appreciated. (Though I know how difficult it can be to juggle all the things going on in life, so it's not always the easiest to find that elusive free time.) I don't think I'll be spoiling anything if I say that, somewhere down the line, Jenan and I have discussed the possibility of doing a musical episode and she tells me that you have a lovely singing voice...I don't know if that particular episode will come to pass, as neither one of us can play instruments and have yet to find a musician with the time and interest to help us out, buuuut I'd like you to know that your name is firmly on my list.

I was originally going to but I lost my good recording equipment at the last school I worked at, and then didn't have the time to record any lines anyway. I'd be more than happy to sing a song for you guys though, if you have need of a musical voice at some point! (I'd have to record it with the Surface Pro's mic, but it's not that bad.)

Alas, isn't that the way of it?
I should think the Surface Pro's mic would be serviceable for our needs--the tech in all the gizmos and gadgets has gotten so advanced, getting some decent audio recordings has gotten so much easier. (I grew up using a kid's cassette recorder/player to help my bro make a radioplay--the audio quality was AWFUL. Although...now I do rather wish some of the cassettes had survived, since the story only lives on in MY brain now...) And the rest of our varied voice talent has been using whatever mics are available to them: phones, laptops, headsets, or whatever other mics lay on hand. (I'm using my brother's shotgun mic for his video camera--and have learned that it doesn't matter so much how good your equipment is if you don't know how to use it, or have less than ideal recording locations. I tell ya, this podcast has been a major learning experience for me! A fun one, tho'.)

Thank you! It felt a bit like cheating, since I was trying out a "draw over a photo" technique, but I really liked the the final outcome, it made for a neato effect that I kinda want to fool around with for a bit.

Β Please, it's not "drawing over" it's "rotoscoping"
