I always wear this hoodie that's kind of baggy so I really couldn't. I have a little aqua pair I keep in my backpack(s) and a larger pair that's light blue and white that I carry whenever I go out.

No never got in trouble. All you do is put it in your sleeve by your wrist and just push up your sleeves. It usually ends up staying by my upper arm.

I've never had to do that so far. I'm always ready, though. I made a duct-tape sleeve for each one (the smaller one has a silver cover and the larger pair has a blue and green one) so I can carry them around without worrying about accidentally cutting something, and I can take it of when I need to use them. I love my larger pair, they're so sharp!
