1.) What it is you want made (a shirt, dress, path, etc./ I also need to know what kind of sleeves you want if its an outfit)
2.) Either a detailed description of what you want made (if you want me to make something original) or a reference photo (if you have something more specific in mind such as a character's outfit)
3.) Whether or not you would like a watermarked preview before I display the finished commission
4.) Whether or not you want the final commission displayed publicly or privately
5.) Any additional info you think I should know before starting the commission
