Ahahah, Yeah, It's a great combination. A dizzying lack of social interaction, plus some hardcore insomnia and you've got nine FFVII Playthroughs! Don't worry, i'm pretty sure that makes us the cool kids. Or something.

I only played through that game once, and i borrowed it from a friend. I Severely need to purchase my own copy and dork myself out. The lack of Albel is tragic indeed.

Yup. super-powered thumbs are every Australian's wet dream. Well... that and the never ending beer keg and a nuclear powered barbeque. But thumbs are good! I regularly rescue tiny insects from the dangers of squashing with my thumb alone! Just you wait, another five years and I'll upgrade to stray cats and dogs. Muahaha. Watch out world, and all that.

Well... okay. Sophia needs SOME love. *Makes a concession since she's got Explosion as a battle skill* And as long as she's wearing her 4P outfit I can tolerate the sight of her. If the volume's turned out, then even better. Ahahah, I wouldn't mind a nuclear powered Barbeque. Provided i could turn it on the neighbors...and shrimp. Because if grilled shrimp is good, i'd imagine nuclear shrimp is better! And you're not yet up to the stray cats and dogs level? For shame! I've been training hardcore, cats flock to my thumb.

Ahaha, I was like that with uh...all of FFX-2. After a while, the catchphrases during and after battle were like "YOU. MUTE. NOW." Except Paine. Because Paine and I are to be wed. And Rikku vaguely amused me, in small, very controlled doses.

And no, i've yet to play through Kingdom Hearts, i Really have to get to it, EVERYONE loves it. I'm not a big Disney guy, but the Aerith factor alone makes it all worthwhile <3

Ah, FFX-2. The game my PS2 loves to hate, while we're on the subject of freezing. Paine is coooool. And no one believes me when I swear that she's a female Squall. >___>;;; And Yuna's got interesting gum formations in her mouth. *Was paying a bit too much attention during cut scenes* O__O

A friend of mine recently got Kingdom Hearts and is going through living hell because she hates real time games... It's a pretty cutesy game and the storyline is about as thick as a wafer in places, but seeing the FF characters in all their rendered glory and HEARING them is worth it! Even my friend who hates Aeris admitted that she had a nice voice. Too bad she doesn't play a big part in KH but hey, at least she's there. (And you get to see a nice scene between her and Cloud at the end which made me go all "EEEEE!!!" )

Oh and finally, someone who agrees with me... *___* I don't know why my friends can't see the likeness! I mean, c'mon... black leather... belts... funky hair... BIG SWORD=BIG GIVEAWAY. Yuna was more tolerable in FFX when she wasn't throwing big pop star parties. For we all know that no amount of pop can kick the amount of ass that an aeon can. Shiva... come baaaaaack...! *Swoons* T______T

In KH there are a couple of FF characters, plus lots of moogles... Squall (renamed "Leon", which sounds silly ), Aeris, Yuffie and Cloud are main storyline characters and even though you can't recruit them, you can challenge Squall, Yuffie and Cloud to fights. Cid from FF7 runs a store and helps you out in advancing the storyline in some places. At the start of the game, Tidus, Selphie and Wakka in little kid form are around and you can challenge them to fights as well. And of course, Sephiroth is an unlockable boss in the game who is capable of killing you ten times before you hit the ground. I was surprised that no one from FF9 made an appearance since... well, it seems more logical because the character designs were less realistic and could be suited to a Disney-esque game... but maybe in KH2!

And come on! For one thing, aside from Vincent in FFVII, i hate gun toting characters. There's no charm in being a gunner, no finesse. It's just "BANGBANGBANG you're dead." Where's the sport?! No big slashy weapons, no pretty staffs, no anything. Just bullets. I need style. Ahaha, and it's completely obvious on the Paine-Squall relationship. They're kindred spirits.

NO WAY. Lot's of moogles?! AH! I'll totally have to interrupt FFVII For that. FFVII was tragically lacking in moogles, minus the BRILLIAN T "Mog House" where i've spent FAR too much of my time over the years. And i heart Yuffie, the little Materia swiping wench, however would i fight her?

...fighting Tidus wouldn't quite be as difficult.

And the lack of Freya makes me weep.

Yuna was a Lara Croft wannabe... at least Lara had more than one type of gun and could wield a mean looking rocket launcher. O___o;;; What did you think of popstar Yuna? *Will never never never understand the base logic behind the opening scene for the rest of her natural life* X____x I mean.... why would you want to look just like Yuna? And sing a bit? Was it to cheat people out of the ticket sales? And wouldn't the people riot and drink your blood if you ran out of your own concert after the first song? Heh heh, the moogles in KH are confined to one town though, they're not wandering at large! They run a refining shop in the main KH town, so they rip you off of all your hard-found items and make you swear at them whenever you're short of just one Lucid Shard. In KH, Yuffie and Squall are an official partnership which of course spawned much YuffiexSquall fanfics over the years, though I can't really see it working... She's incredibly annoying to fight against since she does all these flips and shuriken throwing which makes me go all Hulk green. O____O Oh, and Tidus is a bitch to fight on hard mode. *Rubs his face in the sand until he yells "UNCLE!!"*

The harpoon gun is evil. It doesn't even work well against the bloody SHARKS let alone tigers, lol. Meh heh heh, and you should see that opening FFX-2 scene in Japanese... The helium voices, OMG. Plus my sister and I couldn't read a single thing on the battle menu and very stupidly left the game running when we went to the net to find a translation... and er, came back five minutes later to find ourselves dead. O__o Death in the debut battle! Against fake Yuna! In front of millions of popstar fans! What a world, what a world! X___X (Hell yeah those cronies were ugly. Especially when they posed as the background dancers. The spandex... it burns my eyes... the goggles do NOTHING!) O__O

Whenever I see a moogle I have a weird urge to poke their red ball and watch it bounce back and forth. I have no idea. *Cough* >__>;;

Heh heh, yeah, my sentiments exactly! I'm not sure why Squall was paired with Yuffie, there were so many other good candidates throughout the FF world - heck, even Seifer would've made more sense. @__o Still, it could've been Yuna. Or Eiko. Or Quina.

That's why it's so much fun! It's a challenge, hacking away at the bloody sharks with a low quality harpoon. And dear God, ican't IMAGINE it in Japanese. It's high pitched already...and if the squeaky girls at the beginning of Teen Titans are ANY indication, it must be frightening. Ahaha, Everyone gets Japanese translations of these games, i'm always dumb and wait for the American. Maybe it's just my pathetic aim but I always sucked so badly against them sharks. Like, it'd all be silent and just the sound of harpoons being loaded and then CHHHHHOOOOOOMMMMPPPPP and Lara's doing her impression of an uninflated blow up doll. I don't think anyone was good against the sharks. I may have always attacked them with my little harpoon, but the survival rate was low. But hey, I like being a lemming, so i didn't stop until the shark was dead...or my brother got so tired of watching me get eaten that he switched the game off >___>.

Oh God, i can't imagine Japanese Rikku. It just SOUNDS painful, Rikku is squeaky and bouncy enough in America, a few more decibels and she could deafen a nation.

Yeah, I get like that with games. 'Specially in Kingdom Hearts. I refused to advance into the game at the very start until I beat Riku (the other main character besides Sora) in a duel, and a stupid gauntlet type race... I was at it for over 20 tries and my sister was getting sooooo annoyed but hey - I wanted naming rights to the silly raft we were building. I had my heart set on "Ass wipe". AND I WON AT LAST MUAHAHA SO MY SHIP WAS CALLED ASSWIPE. *Jumps in a moshpit and celebrates*

Where do people find voice actors with helium voices? Who would deliberately want to maul their vocal cords in such a fashion? What makes people think that people actually TALK like that in real life? O___o *Doesn't buy the whole "cute anime girl" thing at all* >__>;;;;
